Blue Hawaii 04:59
it's just fine enough to pretend what is is really not. i can't forget too soon the way you took me to the top. and you were the first page of the first chapter, minus her. took so goddamn long and all the rest were just a blur. i'll never understand you. too many of those was your excuse. so now you act like you're offending me when you tell me why. you just can't bring yourself to deal with me give it a try. but you're free enough to pass it off to someone else. i'll sit patiently and wait to see if you need my help. i'll never understand you. too many of those was your excuse.
2.
i remember how you said you'd do anything, excluding help me out. so what the fuck were you thinking? drop the act for now cuz you and I are dwindling excluded from your life but i didn't want in anyway
3.
every day when i get home i check the mail and check the phone for your call. but nothing's there so i kick and swear and hate myself for liking you at all. if you're hiding something that you think i should know, just treat me like a friend and tell me whether it's good or bad or both. every single time i try to open up inside it comes out wrong. i've listened and respect what you have said but still i'm sitting all alone. if you're hiding something that you think i should know, just treat me like a friend and tell me whether it's good or bad or both. making up this time entails that we design a better way to go. someday seems like never but i can't sever this just because it's going slow. if you're hiding something i think it's time that i know, because i'm never giving up on us whether it's good or bad or both.

Junk Mail 02:18
been on the outside when the hopes were dashed away like so much junk mail. piling up onto your doorstep waiting for you to open the winning card. i was the test you failed again you're never prepared when i come near you. keep up the pace i'll always find you, change your address the junk mail follows you. no use in trying to stop this mood. i just can't watch this happen to you. i'll wait at your door until you return.

Nothing Left 02:37
yer gonna burn up on re-entry. i can see this open road. took the path of least resistance. i can see what honesty is now more than you ever know. used to think you were all now i just let go. you know, you know there's nothing left of me but ashes. i know, i know there's no one on this earth that matches. you know, you know i always seem to go up with these actions. i know, i know there's nothing left of me but ashes. you say i never happened. i say you owe me more. i seem to breed resistance. i can see what honesty is now more than you ever know. used to think that i was wrong and now i know for sure. you know, you know there's nothing left of me but ashes. i know, i know there's no one on this earth that matches. you know, you know i always seem to go up with these actions. i know, i know there's nothing left of me but ashes.

I. blackened hand around the corner. your mind control was lost in the shuffle. blew it out on the overload. off ramp to the unknown. i grew those inside those. seam splitting collector stone. analog pressure code. pleasure blade ignition servo. human conquest no forgiveness shown. feeding evil isogenic souls. purpose unknown one dimensional clone. II. the black steel rungs run through your hands. climb aboard there's room to stand. take your place near those controls. isolate computer drone. III. blackened cords running through. fluid stream coming to. starting flow screaming for end to this killing floor. outer space taking clones. hibernate wires flown. brutal world on our own. promised land for our home. IV. please just let me die here. wake up from this nightmare. cold black steel encapsule. ensure my full disposal.

read the book that you sent me and i only really like the first page because the rest reminds me of why i hate you in the first place. i sold those things you thought you gave me anyway. i can still remember what you said as i walked away: "I can't believe i have to stand on the ground with others." you like to call yourself an artist i'm sure you're gifted in a sick way. it doesn't mean i wanna see you it's always better if you go away. i stole those things i think i gave you anyway. sorry if i let you down but you did it first with the words on your last page. "I can't believe i have to stand on the ground with others." ...i sold my soul to touch you now i'm dead...
8.
so let go and you'll see everyone else just makes believe. yer fooling yerself by playing along. you just haven't realized it isn't gone. cuz i'm always here, i always was. you refuse to accept that i'm the one. but nothing's changed, we're still the same: in love from the day i knew your name. with everything you do you're tearing us in two. there's nothing left to prove. i've done all i can do. again it's up to you. surround me in your world i wanna swim in your sea. hold you close now kiss your neck why is this only just a dream? now you may have lost your touch but you'll never touch what i've lost cuz that's everything. and you were everything. with everything you do you're tearing us in two. i've nothing left to prove. i've done all i can do. again it's up to you.

Skyscraper 03:08
i was dizzy downtown swallowed up by the towers of concrete. saw your face in a passing car and i fell in the street. i dont want to build this but i have to. anything to get me up above you. i was defeated and now i'm rebuilding. seems to me you like destroying. i just build it higher to get away from you. so now i can see you from my windows. your building sways when the wind blows. elevators cant take you to my floor. just keep it up you'll always need more. i just build it higher to get away from you. with any means it takes i will control the stakes you will never be free. you will never be free. competition will not wait, skyscrapers escalate. you will never be free. you can never be free.

what i learned from writing this book and having to re-read your words, you could never live like that, our dreams could never be heard. you can't handle the truth if it isn't painted with colors from our blood and pain. if i wrote the truth you couldn't read it unless it was twisted with my poetry and... everything i wanted you to know seems so wrong. if you could see what's happened to me and what i've done wrong. what's the point of continuing this life when there's no life left to live? could you be out there now? is there anything more that i can give? you can't handle the truth if it isn't painted with colors from our blood and pain. if i wrote the truth you couldn't read it unless it was twisted with my poetry and... lie awake and talk to you as if you're next to me. traveling 100 miles to show you what i see. so good to hear your voice can't believe i can see you. did you know i had no choice? i had to come right at you cuz my soul knows no peace without (you) better know i had to wait for you to say... so now i'm (home) is where you are, i wanna lie beside you. there's nothing left for me here now. if i could have your heart then who's to know... what is life about? i gladly know i have to wait for you to say: "can i come home?"

she turned the ocean gods against me they're gonna have to blow away, blow away. snapping masts men overboard walls of water crushing all the way, all the way. i keep thinking of my wife there goes my fucking life thrown away, thrown away. what will she do when she hears the news who will take care of her in her old age, in her old age. violence brought me here clinging to this wood. obliterated ship scattered with the hands of force. sun so bright i'm blinded. salt and blood corrode my eyes. hallucinations of our home. i can just reach out and touch you. i need you. please rescue me. am i coming thru? transmission direct to you. the waves they push me further from the sinking debris. i can barely lift my head. no one here but me. i can feel Neptune's breath on my neck. my hands are slipping from this board. and with my last breath... i whisper your name. i need you. please rescue me. am i coming thru? transmission direct to you. if anyone should find this wood please make sure it gets to her. she's standing on the western shore just waiting.
