Goodbye, Western Shore

from Purpose Unknown by Lo Han

/

about

song is based on Ovid's "Metomorphoses" Book 11: "Ceyx and Alcyone". the myth itself has a happy ending. i failed to include that. also, the song is an homage to Slint's "Good Morning, Captain" from the album "Spiderland" as well as The Who's "Baba O'Reilly" with the ending progression.
